If you as the advertiser wish to cancel for any reason, we will treat the
request promptly and with the intent of making the cancellation process as
smooth as possible. In all cases, if you request a cancellation, we will
investigate the reasons and identify if any additional support can be offered
in order to resolve the request.
We are unable to control how long it takes to fill up a full grid of advertisers
if you are on a multi grid item. Therefore, we are unable to set a
predetermined date of delivery for the items. Our sales representatives
make every effort to fill the product grid up as fast as possible to ensure
timely delivery for the specific item being supported by you the advertiser.
In all cases, you the customer must request a cancellation via a phone call
to our customer support service desk at 1-844-290-3318 or email to
admin@advertisingtogo.net and receive confirmation of such request prior
to any other recourse of action.
